As part of my practice, I provide an adherent DBT Skills Training Group for Adults in Pennsylvania. We meet virtually on Wednesday evenings each week. New referrals are encouraged to reach out at any time as this group is ongoing. New members able to join each time we do 2 weeks of Mindfulness Skills + Orientation between each Module (about every other month).
Group members will be taught the four modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy:
Distress Tolerance Skills
Emotion Regulation Skills
Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills
All group sessions will be 90 minutes and held virtually via zoom on Wednesdays, from 6:30-8:00pm for 24 weeks.
Group members must be active in individual therapy (with a provider of their choice) in order to be eligible to join this group.
