DBT Skills Training Group (Virtual)
As part of my practice, I provide an adherent DBT Skills Training Group for Adults ages 18+ in Pennsylvania. This group is open to people of all genders. We meet virtually on Wednesday evenings each week. New referrals are encouraged to reach out at any time as this group is ongoing. New members able to join each time we do 2 weeks of Mindfulness Skills + Orientation between each Module (about every other month).
Group members will be taught the four modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy:
We utilize the DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets workbook, which you can click here to purchase (required for joining group).
All group sessions will be 90 minutes and held virtually via zoom on Wednesdays, from 6:30-8:00pm for a total of 28 weeks.
Group members must be active in individual therapy (with a provider of their choice) in order to be eligible to join this group.
Group will be lead by two Behavioral Tech trained clinicians. Please note that as the Group Leader, I am also a member of the DBT of Greater Philadelphia Consultation team.

Cost: $80 / group session, $165 one-time intake session fee
Please note that all DBT Skills Group Sessions (including the intake session) are private pay services only. I do not accept insurance for DBT Group Services.
Pre-Registration and Individual Intake Assessment is required prior to joining group.
