Private Pay Fees & Insurance: All therapy services are provided via Private Pay (out-of-pocket) and are considered out-of-network. Clients are expected to pay at the time of service.
My Private Pay Fees are as follows:
$165 / 60 minute individual therapy session
$80 / 90 minute DBT Skills Group session
$165 / 60 minute DBT Skills Group intake session (required one-time only before joining DBT Skills Group)
*Please note that at times, I will consider offering a sliding scale rate, in order to make my services more accessible to those with financial limitations. I am sometimes able to reduce this fee on a case by case basis. I'm always very willing to have a conversation about your financial questions, concerns, or limitations, even if this should change mid-treatment.
Insurance Reimbursement: As an "out-of-network" provider for some insurance plans, I'm able to provide clients with detailed receipts which can be submitted to insurance carriers for reimbursement of a portion of the fee depending on what the client's individual plan allows. If this is something you are interested in, please contact your insurance company directly to understand your individual benefits, because policies vary widely and do not always provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
