I do my best work with adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often high-functioning on the outside — yet struggling internally with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, relationship patterns, or a sense of feeling stuck. Many people I work with have been in therapy before and are looking for something that feels deeper, more effective, or more aligned with where they are now. Others are beginning therapy for the first time and want a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and emotionally safe. Therapy with me is person-centered, warm, and non-judgmental. I view each person at the expert on their own lives, and my goal is to walk alongside and empower them as they pursue their goals.
Areas I Commonly Work With:
Anxiety and chronic worry
Trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD)
Emotional regulation difficulties
Relationship and attachment patterns
Life transitions, burnout, and identity questions
High self-criticism and perfectionism
Grief and Loss
I strive to work in a neurodiversity-affirming way and to create a therapeutic space that is respectful, flexible, and attuned to individual needs.
