As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a variety of services through my work. Primarily, I provide direct counseling services to individual adults and groups. I've completed specialized training for trauma treatment called EMDR and am able to provide this service to appropriately assessed clients. Additionally, I provide psychoeducation to community groups, churches, schools, and businesses in the form of workshops, speaking presentations or professional consultation.
